ULEZ area includes South Bank
London’s new Ultra-Low Emission Zone came into effect, today, 8 April 2019. Covering the same area as the Congestion Charge Zone, but unlike it operating 24 hours a day, the ULEZ imposes an additional charge on all but the most recent vehicles.
